The Crowe's Nest Bar
The Crowe's Nest is a traditional bar that is laid out in three sections. There is a large selection of beers and ciders, including our own "Connacht Pale Ale", available on draught and in bottles. We also have a wide range of whiskeys (and the occasional whisky). The friendly locals enjoy the craic and are a great source of useful information about the local area and the welcoming staff will ensure that your every need is met.
If you fancy a drink by the fire or want to try something from our seasonally changing menu this is the place for you.
We also offer private dining for those more intimate occasions in newly renovated lounge. We offer a lunchtime menu and an evening menu. Our current menus can be seen here:

The Fennel Seed Restaurant
The Fennel Seed Restaurant at Ryan’s Hotel is the perfect venue for your special occasion. The restaurant can cater for 100 to 120 and we have many decades experience of catering for private and corporate functions including family celebrations, Communions and Confirmations, group dinners, surprise parties and many other special occasions.
Our chef-proprietors Denis Lenihan and Michael Crowe have previously featured on both TV and magazines in Ireland, Europe and America, for example the television series "Great Chefs of The World" and Distinction magazine.
We can also cater for your parties at home. Let us take the hard work out of that special occasion.
